Congratulations to TBF real bride Jennifer and husband, Patrick! The Hannons exchanged vows with friends & family at St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church & Primrose Cottage in Roswell, Georgia. Jennifer's everyday style is classic, so she was a timeless bride in a taffeta gown. Jennifer shares her experience as a real bride and her experience at The Bridal Finery.
When you were in search of your wedding gown what was most important to you?
I really didn’t know what to expect, and that made me nervous. The team at The Bridal Finery was completely prepared and made sure that I had everything I needed during my appointment and when I left the store. I had hoped I’d have that moment when I just knew I’d found the dress. I got that feeling so early on in my search, that I was shocked. After lunch that day I told my friends and family that we needed to go back and buy my dress! I am so glad that we did!
What was your overall experience like at The Bridal Finery?
I absolutely loved my experience at The Bridal Finery. From the beginning, Roberta and Tali made me feel special. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond at every step to make my vision a reality. If you’re looking for your wedding dress, The Bridal Finery is a must.
How would you describe your bridal style?
My style, in general, is very classic. I knew I wanted a dress that was not too revealing, looked very bridal, and fit our elegant Southern wedding vision. I tried to keep an open mind by trying on different silhouettes but I was pretty certain I’d end up with a ballgown style dress, and of course, I did. I loved an off the shoulder look, and Roberta brilliantly found a way for me to have the look I wanted without all of the movement constraints of a typical off the shoulder gown. My sleeves were detachable and perfectly matched my dress. I wore them down the aisle and then went sleeveless for our reception so that I was free to dance the night away.
Hair and makeup were booked through Angela Michael Skincare.
