Three ways style your wedding day hair with a bridal crown

There are different ways to wear and style your hair on the wedding day with a bridal crown. From braids to buns, hair up, hair down, it seems every bride can wear her hair a different way, and there would still be options left.

Most brides are unsure of how they want to wear their hair on their wedding day at the time they find their dress. However, we are big believers in creating a full bridal style look. Your bridal style is more than just finding the perfect wedding dress, it’s about finding the full vision!

During a bridal appointment at The Bridal Finery, we focus on full styling. Your bridal stylist will help you not only find your wedding dress but help you find your wedding jewelry and narrow down how you want to style your hair on the wedding day. While we are not hairstylists, we have enough styling experience to help out brides select the perfect hairstyle that works best for their wedding dress and wedding jewelry.

First Way: Classic Updo

A bridal crown and classic updo have been traditional wedding hair for as long as most can remember. Worn by royals and by real brides, this hairstyle is a staple for the bride who wants to embody a classic bride on her wedding day. Updos come in many forms, from messy to chic, brides can tailor how they want their updo to look and feel. We believe up updos are the most versatile in terms of how well it pairs with wedding dresses. Most, if not all wedding dresses look fantastic with an updo. Hair worn up allows the bride to show her stunning face and allows the dress to stand out and shine.

This crown is featured in a silver plating and set with clear Swarovski crystals and white pearls. Keeping the classic bridal style, this bride chose a petite drop earring to complete this look. We love it!

Second Way: Hair down

More and more brides are wanting to wear their hair down on the wedding day. Most women wear their hair down every day and don’t feel like themselves with their hair up. Our bride Ally wore her hair down on her and wore a custom gold crown by Maria Elena Headpieces. Bride Ally is a lover of all accessories. She is a stylist at Coach in the Mall at Millenia in Orlando and has a love for fashion and styling.

So when it was her time to wed, we were determined to help her find the perfect wedding dress and wedding jewelry. Ally selected a blush beaded wedding dress by Theia for her wedding day. This non-traditional wedding dress was just what Ally was looking for. Ally’s hair down and a bridal crown was the perfect final touch to her bridal style. Her goddess-like wedding dress needed that final feminine touch and her glam was just it.

Third Way: Side Braid

Bridal brides have become more and more popular with brides over the past year or two. Brides are living the playful and fun feel of a braid for the wedding day. What brides don’t know is how a bridal braid works so well with bridal crowns and wedding jewelry. A bridal crown and a bride can give a bride a glam-boho kind of vibe that many brides are wanting to achieve for their wedding day.
