About The Bridal Finery:
The Bridal Finery opened in 2017 in Winter Park, FL. The boutique is owned by two local Orlando women. The boutique offers off-the-rack and special order wedding dresses. During a private bridal appointment, brides will work one on one with a bridal stylist to find their wedding dress and accessories. We provide a full customer service experience throughout the client’s engagement from the initial connection until their walk down the aisle. We host in-house alteration fittings and in-store trunk show events. Our sample sizes range from 2-18. Price range is $2,500 to $13,000.
Mission: Our mission is to empower brides to wear what they love and feel the most beautiful as they walk down the aisle. By doing so, we celebrate individuality and bring joy into their lives. We are the new family tradition.
The Position:
We are hiring for an Operations Assistant. We are looking for a motivated, positive, outgoing, dedicated, and driven team member to enhance the customer experience.
Schedule:
Must have availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Must be available at least three Saturdays a month.
Compensation & Benefits:
$13-$15 starting pay
6 Paid Holidays

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who knows how to set goals and exceed expectations. We value good communication, resilience, cultural understanding, and a strong ability to learn and solve problems. Must have the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
Includes but is not limited to:
Write notes during appointments.
Take photos for the client’s file.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, includes cleaning.
Assist in bridal sales, alteration appointments, and daily retail operations.
Assist in inventory control.
Filing paperwork.
Assist with creating and posting social media content.
Assist with the website and blog changes. No prior knowledge of website management needed.
Merchandising and cleaning wedding dress and accessory displays.
Requirements:
Represents themselves in a professional manner.
High School Diploma or GED; 18 and up.
Has reliable transportation.
Understands the power of social media.
Is confident and enthusiastic when presenting the information.
Has natural curiosity, is passionate and has a strong desire to learn.
Is highly organized to document all notes with current accounts and potential accounts.

Want to Apply?
