How did you & your partner meet? : The first week I moved to Florida from New York I decided to go to a country music club called, Cowboys Orlando, to try something different. On that night I met the love of my life, who actually is not a fan of country music , but was dragged to go out by a friend of his. As they say, the rest was history.

Where was your first date? : Our first date was at a billiards club. Rafael was nervous to go on a date with me and decided he needed to take me to a place where he knew the people and had back up.

How did your partner propose? : Rafael proposed to me on Christmas Eve in front of our families while my parents watched the proposal via FaceTime.

We love that our bride was walked down the aisle by her mother!

What was your dress shopping experience like? : My dress shopping experience was very beautiful! I was able to try on a mermaid dress that fit me and I didn’t have to imagine how it would look on. The experience was relaxing and beautiful. Once I put on my veil they played our wedding song and that was the moment that I knew I found my dress.

What did you wish you knew before you started wedding planning?: I wish I would of knew that it is impossible to please everyone, and that it is okay to do what is best for you!

Where was your wedding? What did you decide on that space?: We decided on paradise cove when we saw and felt how romantic it was. We had never seen it at night, and we were really lucky to see how beautiful it looked with all the lights lit up in the dark.

What's your favorite memory from your event? : Our first dance was definitely my favorite memory from our wedding. It felt as though no one else was there except for us. It was surreal for it to be just the two of us dancing for the first time as Mr. And Mrs.

What is a 'must have' for brides on wedding day?: A great group of people to support you and help ease your nerves. Having your team behind you is everything to a successful wedding day.

How would you describe the overall feel of your event? : The wedding was very romantic and minimal everything detail was chosen and hand made with love. The vibe was very fun and festive.

What wedding planning advice do you have for other brides? : Enjoy the process and focus on you and your fiancee, not everyone else and their opinions. Forget tradition and make the wedding feel like a celebration of your love for one another.

Where was your honeymoon? : We went to a few different places for our honeymoon. We went to Barcelona, Paris and Rome.
