Photo Shoot Fashion Styling
We love collaborating with local vendors to produce high quality photo shoots with the purpose of inspiring our couples. While we would love to say yes to every photo shoot opportunity, our retail store hours don’t allow us this flexibility. We accept approximately 10 photo shoots a year. We would love to learn more about your project to see if we are the right fit for your styling needs.
What We Expect
Minimum requirements
To be able to make the final call on the wedding dress and bridal accessories. We are not able to style our wedding dresses with accessories from other suppliers (excluding shoes).
The ability to stay on-site with the model during her portion of the photoshoot. We do not loan dresses for any purpose.
Solo shots of the bride without the partner.
Full gallery of images and video.
Full and detailed timeline emailed 5 days prior to shoot to coordinate staffing
Full gallery of un-logo'd images in high resolution.
Priority will be given to shoots that:
Are less than 4 hours of our team on site
Take place on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Have a solid submission plan or pre-approval for publish
Request our assistance with models and hair/makeup vendor selection
Request at a least 60 days in advance
Provide the opportunity to guest blog on at least one participating vendor’s website
Have the ability for us to be added to the venue and planner's referral list
Video recap from the shoot with the ability to both download and embed.
