Because with time I realized things differently. I saw our bride Kelsey's Facebook post. It was a photo of her from years ago weighing less than she does now.  (Kelsey captioned it along the lines of "I just love the way I look now so much more." Kelsey is in crossfit and features a lot of strength training posts). When I saw the post and her caption it made me stop and think about what is more important: weighting ___ amount or feeling better in myself.
